  We went here for the dark hot cocoa that we have had in the past. It was so bad, we didn’t even drink half of it. The music was loud as was everyone was. This visit was a major let down,

  Took 25 mins to get my order. After waiting and watching customer after customer who came in and ordered in-store get their orders ahead of my online order, they gave me the wrong food and lost my order. Completely clueless. Just go literally anywhere else and save yourself the headache.

  This Caribou is in my top 10 for numerous reasons. The decor is beautifully done, the staff is always waiting with a friendly smile, and my drink orders have always been exactly how I like them!
