  I ate here last night and the wings were like jerky and petite. They're were 4 in our party two were served in a reasonable time half my order was served later and after 5 minutes I asked the manager when my wifes salad and the rest of my order was. They offered not to charge us for the missing food, but we then again we didn't receive it. The audio was extremely loud and dirty. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

  Waitress very rude. Told my husband Tom F off. Food was terrible. Service terrible. Only 2 tables in the whole dining area and still had poor service. She forgot our pop and when we asked for it she proceeded to slam it on the table. Manager compt meal,but she should of been fired on the spot. We will never return there again and will spread the word for others to not go there unless you want the worst expérience of your life! No wonder their ratings are so low. The place should be shut down!

  Always good service and wings are usually pretty good. Expert tip: ask for your wings extra wet. Thank me later.

  This is the worst bdubs location I’ve ever been to, every time I’ve gone it’s been horrible, I’m never coming back. This is a disappointment of a location. Orders are always wrong, staff is rude and incompetent, it takes too long to get food, they’re just terrible. I’d rate 0/10 if I could.

  We were at a dance comp all day and I bought my daughter Chipotle not knowing the group was meeting at BWW. Upon arriving they said she couldn't eat her food there and said we had to leave in front of everyone. She's a picky eater and I was still going to order something so I really felt it was a crappy move. I understand somewhat but felt it was really unnecessary to not let her eat the food we already bought for her before knowing the plans changed. The girl who asked us to leave was really off-putting. We had a group of over 15 so they weren't losing out on anything and it was really embarrassing. I worked in this service industry for a decade and would never be so petty in the same situation.
