  3 weeks ago order online showed up and the store was close at 10 pm when hours said 12. Called the next day to get refund for the order talk to manager other store and told me that they let there gm know about this. Still no refund and each time I call seems there always a new manager

  Do not waste your time. It took over an hour to be served, staff were yelling and cursing, and most importantly, they forgot an entire meal and the RANCH. $15 out of my $67 order down the drain due to straight ignorance.

  The lady at the counter wasnt the most pleasant and a bunch of lazy workers goofing off in the back. That would be fine if the chicken wasn’t over seasoned on one side and completely unseasoned on the other. Looks like they just dumped all the seasoning on one side and didn’t bother to toss it in a bowl. Im not expecting 5 star perfection but come on this is bogus.

  Couldn’t have been worse. The employee’s couldn’t have cared less if we even existed. When waiting for our food the two employees just kept talking to themselves like we were invisible. On top of that the order was wrong. I contacted the customer service through the website and didn’t even get a response.
