- SCSlim CSep 30, 20262.0Overall, Great location. Sorry but, I have to give this location a 2 star review. Is the chicken delicious when cooked fresh? ABSOLUTELY! Is the service good? ABSOLUTELY! The problem is their open hours contradict what is listed online. After 4PM there is no more chicken being made at this location at all from my experience. The website says they do not close until 8pm. That is not the case a lot of days. What about customers who get off late? Lazy staffing and lazy staff if they are trying to close that section early. Krispy Krunchy Chicken Cooperate office . Please make a visit there to see what is going on. I've even seen them shut down early and let their employees take the rest of their chicken made for customers. Leadership needs to get on that if it is actively happening. They make fantastic chicken at this location, they cook it just right and the employees most of the time are nice. But if you cant provide that quality product in the promised hours with consistent quality and availability , then it has to be called out. 9/10 Gas station.2/10 Running the Crispy Crunchy Chicken area.
- FJFred JohnsonJun 4, 20251.0Chicken was old and dry probably sitting under the heat lamp for an hour or more. Gave us the wrong sides and argued she gave us the right ones. Will never come back.
