  waited 30+ min for delivery. outsourced to a third party app. no way to track my food. was told at 3 it was out for delivery, then when I called at 3:35 it was allegedly just picked up. so, did the staff hit the “it’s on its way” too soon, or where is the problem here? no delivery by 3:38 PM. don’t bother ordering for delivery if you want it in a timely manner, or not to be outsourced to third party apps who are infamous for their poor delivery services edit: and now about an hour later, my sandwich smells like heavy perfume. lovely.

  This Chanhassen Jimmy John's does a great job! I often swing by for lunch and they are fast, efficient and friendly. A+++

  I recently had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. Despite clearly indicating that I did not want onions on my sandwich when placing my order, the sandwich arrived with onions anyway. Luckily, I don't have an allergy to onions, but this could have been a problem with someone who did have an allergy. But I was still disappointed that my order wasn't read correctly. This is not the first time I've had issues with this particular Jimmy John's location. In fact, each time I have visited, my sandwiches have been missing items or has been made incorrectly. It's frustrating that the staff can't seem to get it right, despite my repeated attempts to provide clear instructions. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and quality of my experience at this Jimmy John's location. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future, as I'm hesitant to return given my consistently negative experiences.

  Good sandwiches, nice location. Friendly staff but they need some more training/experience. Recently stopped and a very slow time, I was the only customer. They really messed up my order. The problem was resolved, they replaced the mistake sandwich. Will try again soon.

  My only complaint is that the app doesn't always tell you when your order is ready. I sit there and wait, while my order is waiting for me on the shelf.🙄
