  I have ordered from this location multiple times for lunch and each time has been a struggle to receive clarity on order status- namely when using delivery. I expect a busy time (between 11-1) to take 45 minutes to an hour to be delivered, but when I make a call to receive an update, due to the app/website no longer tracking, I have been met with “we’re busy” instead of a quick check on the status of an order. The inconsistency at this location leads to a horrible customer experience and I do not expect to be a patron here moving forward. Fair warning to anyone else selecting delivery as an option. Edit: Food was received after 1h10m and the side I was given had a best by for a previous date. Add it to the list.

  Got no meat on my take out order. Only extra cheese which I did not order. Receipt shows the correct order so this was a mistake in preparation. Check your order before leaving if you visit here, I've never had this issue with a Jimmy John's before so I didn't check. I won't be visiting this location again.

  We are at 30 minutes and they still have not gone beyond, "order received." The order took TWO HOURS to get to me, was missing half the order and what did get there had to be thrown out for food safety reasons. I contacted customer service and got "We will contact the store and have them contact you," five days ago: the store has not made a single attempt to contact me. The only response from the store has been, "We're sorry you had a bad experience," on this review. This location is more interested in ripping you off than they are in repeat customers. And now, over 2 weeks later, they have only offered a PARTIAL credit usable ONLY AT THIS LOCATION and ONLY IN PERSON on a order that had parts never arrive, and the rest arrive so late that it had to be completely thrown in the trash for food safety. If a 0 could be given, it would.
