- ESEmmit SledgeSep 3, 20263.0Im visit and needed something to eat. I ordered #2 Big John. It came with lettuce, tomato and meat. No cheese but some mayonnaise. I would have liked to have it toasted but they said they don't toast 1-6. This was quite the slim cold dinner that cost me over 9 dollars. The young man who took my order spoke so softly I had to ask him what he said twice. I'm sure he is doing his best. Enjoy

Ordered lunch take out so didn’t notice until back at work and it wasn’t worth returning to the store. It has really gone downhill in the past few months or so. Food still has decent flavor but accuracy and customer service is gone.

No way to track and know it’s arrived so I have to check consistently downstairs. It takes 5 minutes to do so. Really inconvenient. Calling the store is no help. I live 2 minutes away and it still takes over 60 minutes. Seems like a huge area that could improve.
