  The Belgian milkshake is not blended enough. Impossible to drink through a straw, big pieces of chocolate that just clump together, it was disgustingly Sweet. Maybe I just don't like haagen dazs.. Stomach hurt immediately after eating too. Wish I had saved the 11$.. wow

  Cynthia is extremely rude and unprofessional to both coworkers and customers. We were double charged for a small ice cream cone - two separate charges of $5.42 each and when we questioned it she said that is how she was told to ring it up and complained about the big boss changing it. Instead of listening to us say it was put in twice she said “Well, if you’re going to cry about it then I’ll take it off.” I hope this gets brought to the attention of someone higher up.

  My daughter and I are here at 2:30 pm - the food is great actually. Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. Update- Thanks to the owner for supporting his employees and for the yummy ice cream.
