    Terribly understaffed and unorganized.Felt bad for the few employees they did have on a busy Sunday evening but I waited more than 45 minutes for a mobile order.

    If I could give zero I would. I sat in drive through watching a MANAGER prepare food with no gloves on after he had his hand in his pockets. His professionalism was non-existent and it's a place I don't recommend going to at all. It's gross and unsanitary.

    Would like to thank Ms. H and her co-worker for a hospitable experience. Springtime is here with steady orders of ice cream, burgers & fries.     If I could give negative stars I would. We have previously not had good experiences with this Dairy Queen but decided to give it another shot for a preordered cake for my daughter’s birthday. I received confirmation of our order, arrived for pick up and they had no cake and no resolution for us to have a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Very disappointing.
