- GKGabriel KoppAug 27, 20261.0I ate here multiple times a week until I found a big bug in my bowl, and when I went in for a refund, three employees couldn’t figure out programming a gift card. I ended up leaving without repayment because their inability to make a gift card was holding up the line ten customers back. The restaurant plays music too loud, making it unpleasant to eat inside the restaurant. They regularly put normal or excess portions of food on bowls/burritos when I ask for a half portion. They have multiple times rung up a different type of meat/entree than what I ordered, and they start scooping the incorrect ingredient and have to be stopped before it goes on the dish. The trash cans are often overflowing. They also regularly have people outside the front door trying to speak with people about some charity or similar service of dubious legitimacy. They often lock the side door when these people are out front so you have a higher chance of having to interact with the people out front. Overall the restaurant staff is fairly incompetent, the restaurant is unclean and unwelcoming, and to top it off, if I found a big dead bug in my bowl it has probably been a widespread issue for a while.
