  Everything started very well — the order was taken quickly, and the girl at the register was friendly and smiling. Payment went smoothly, BUT that’s where the fairytale ended. No one asked for the customer’s name. After waiting 15 minutes for my order and finally asking the cashier for a refund because I still had not received anything, I was told that my order had already been prepared and handed out. To whom? When? Nobody could answer. No employee bothered to call out what was in the bag or announce the order in any way. Ironically, when drinks are served, they call customers by name or place stickers with names on the cups — but apparently basic organization for food orders does not exist here. In the end, I had to fight to get my own money back and rush to work hungry and frustrated. What was supposed to be a pleasant morning was completely ruined by incompetence and terrible service. Horrible customer service. As for the food quality — I wouldn’t know, because I never even received my order.

  It was great my daughter loves sitting next to fire place. Drinks were amazing & the employee working have great customer service. Definitely coming back !

  When I first walked in it felt very welcoming and it smelt like delicious coffee. It wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon and got my order taken right away. The guy checking me out remember my order and got it out very fast and smooth. I would recommend this place.
