- ABAndrew Buness3 days ago1.0Ordered delivery and received less than half my order. Two items completely missing and my order of 20 boneless wings only had 15 of the 20 in the box. I also received part of someone else’s order. Disappointing experience that will likely make me order from somewhere else next time even though in a BDubs fan.
- LBLutalo Bowens4 days ago2.0I was happy when BWW Go opened in Minnetonka! Unfortunately, they have not lived up to expectations. Ordering pick-up is irritating because they are always way behind the estimated times, even when its slow. My last three online, delivery orders were also incorrect. While management quickly fixed the 1st two, the most recent order left me frustrated and upset. I ordered the 20/20 bundle for my family with sauce on the side. When my food arrived, the sauce was on the wings. My wife and one kid does not like sauce and my other kid is picky so much of the food was not gonna work for us. When I called, the "shift lead" claimed I ordered it wrong. After I repeated the order summary from my screen, he said could not find my order in his system. Only after I offered him the order number, the order time, delivery time and my full name (again), he miraculously found it in the system. He then claimed they have no way to see I selected no sauce on the app so "There's nothing I could for you gang..." I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. He later said I could come get more chicken. When I explained that if I come pick up replacement food, I expect my delivery fees to be refunded. He then slipped up and said, "... I'm just a shift lead and do know how to give refunds..." He even said I should call and complain to Door Dash, like they were responible for putting sauce on the wings. End of the day, I ended up cooking a frozen pizza for half my family and will be reaching out to 1st shift management in the morning (which I unfortunately had to do last time they messed up). Luckily, there is a full-service BWW one town over (in Chanhassen) so I can bypass this location for all my orders moving forward (even if delivery is no longer an option).

Everything was prepared correctly and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Really good experience all around.

The fried pickles and buffalo chips were good, but I had to throw all the boneless wings away unfortunately. They tasted like they were old, leftover and recooked about 5 times. Very hard, cold and dry. I couldn't even bite into them. :/

They definitely were not tossed in a bowl. Then, one or two were just thrown on top. It was like a whole bucket of sauce was just poured on top of them. So much sauce that you couldn't decipher one wing from another. I also ordered a brownie that I paid for but never received. Very poor experience. Won't be ordering from this location again.
