  Went through drive through on 4/28. Tried to use a coupon, which they told me wasn't good until May. They didn't have it in their system. Staff at window were extremely rude. I ordered my sandwich regardless of coupon, though they couldn't remember the 1 thing I ordered 2 minutes ago. There were no other customers. One staff person told me to go to McDonalds, when I asked him to repeat what he said, suddenly he went quiet. Then a 3rd staff felt the need to get involved. I told them they needed to work on their customer service. The 3rd person stated "why don't you come and work here". There were at least 4 workers standing around with no customers. In the bag with my Beef/Cheddar sandwich (only thing I ordered) was a fork and buffalo sauce. Profit margin took a hit that day, staff doesn't care. As this restaurant is on my way home from work at 6pm, it's convenient to stop there. However, I'll not be going back to this location. The owner of this restaurant definitely needs to spend some time here working with or firing some staff. It's hurting your business as evident of the numerous bad reviews.

  Avoid this Arby's if you can! I went through the drive through today and told the guy I had a coupon deal...he asked if I was lying to him as if he has some strange authority to ask that of customers.I said no gave him the damn coupon and of course didn't get a receipt in the bag to leave a review.

  The last couple times I have gone the food is cold and my order is wrong. I went tonight just after 7 and was told they are out of meat and would need to come back in an hour.... no thanks ill just stop coming all together.

  Bill took my order in front counter and he was fantastic! Give that guy a raise!! Food was hot and delicious

  Went through the drive thru at 3:50p today- First: The guy didn’t offer a cup holder for the three sodas Second: The guy over fills the bag I grab the bag and it rips and the food drops out onto the ground. He made me get out of the truck and pick it up. Then gets annoyed and told his coworker that I dropped it- the bag was too heavy and it ripped. I then asked if I could get new fries and he was rude and told me to pull up to the front and shut the drive thru doors. Will NEVER go there again. Super rude and unprofessional.
