  It's ok, it's wings. It's bad customer service for the most part. They have the employees post positive reviews on here to make it look better.

  They took me receipt so I was unable to leave a survey. The guy at the register (7/02 at 6pm) started the business transaction with blatantly ignoring my "hi, how ya doing" with a blank stare, interrupted my wife multiple times while she placed her order twice, was wearing headphones and acted like he couldn't hear what we were saying while we were ordering. Long story short, kitchen staff handled it well when the wings tasted off but the cashier hopped on a phone call to loudly complain about us. Wingstop will never see another dollar from me. There's zero sense in not meeting the basics of greeting customers, let alone the disdain we were treated with the rest of the interaction. Also, I see the GM posted a positive review right after this negative one so I see they are trying to lie about the good service.

  Nice, clean, new-looking and spacious space! Came for pick up. Had to wait about 5 minutes longer than the order said it would take, but no biggie. Nice service. Comfy bench for waiting, too.

  Worst service ever. Never seen more unproductive people in one place. The lady “working” the counter is so lazy and was literally on FaceTime with someone. Couldn’t be bothered to move and was yelling from one spot. Please fire hire. Also watched her go to the kitchen and tell them “you don’t gotta make that one yet.” Also was being extremely rude to a Spanish speaking doordasher who was confused. Fire her
