  5/11/26 @ 6:45pm I wanted a six inch turkey cold sub… nothing to major but NO this establishment changed it all!!! Not only did I finally make my mind up what I wanted for dinner but to see that they had a sign “Toaster doesn’t work and only cold and microwaveable items Sorry” which was fine. I go to open the door and it’s locked so I see a male employee not paying me any attention!!! I pull on the door a good 4/5 times and he continued to ignore me. This is the WORST AND I MEAN WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! I can’t call the people that come there and milk the clock “employees” because they don’t like to work. Closing time is 9pm and not when they feel like closing but my parents taught me growing up that “employees are good as their management”. I’m not the one to want anyone to lose their jobs but this particular franchise needs to shut down and FOR GOOD!! Sad and just disgusting!!

  Avoid. Store will cancel online orders an take the cash then will say they didn't cancel any orders when confronted. Closing staff was a female with attitude on April 15 2026. Won't be spending a dime at this location ever again.

  The woman working today seemed to be alone and while it took awhile she made a really good sandwich - she took care in making sure it was made well. I appreciated that she seemed like she cared about the job

  La chica que atienden solo pasa en el telefono.. pedi por linea y llegue y ella estaba sentada hablando por camara y mi orden ni siquiera la habian tomado.. si no tienen ganas de trabajar que se vallan a su casa Fatal!!!!

  I made a pickup order for 1:55 and come at 2:03 and it still hasnt even been made. The other coworker is sitting on the phone in the cashier area.
