  Seems like with all the other reviews online ordering is a NO GO here. I asked for LIGHT SAUCE on both and opened this up in my car to this mess. I’ll pack my own lunch next time, dang.

  The worst subway I've ever been to. 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches, then say it cost more money just to have more than the THREE pickles they decided to put on your sandwich AFTER specifically asking for HEAVY. The atmosphere is HORRIBLE, they have music blasting so you practically have to yell so that they can hear you, they completely disregard you if they have an online order as if you're a ghost. No greeting, no pleasantries, just "What kinda sandwich you want". We are spending way to much money to have to endure treatment like that, and dang sure spending way too much money for you to say I can't have heavy toppings on a sandwich that's 14 dollars ALONE!! I had to rant because it's unfair.

  Poor service, I should have known after the first order I made back in 2025. Thought I’d give them a second chance but I now know, some people/places doesn’t deserve a second chance. Place says it opens at 9am, I ordered online with a promo code for pick up for 9:30am. I arrived for pickup at 9:45am and the staff hasn’t even put out the stuff yet to make the sandwiches. Better yet, i even had to pay out of pocket without the discounted promo code because they cannot receive any order before 9:30am. Staff proceeded to get annoyed that I was asking questions. Staff says their sign says open at 9am, but the register really doesn’t open until 9:30am so they can’t receive any online ordering until after 9:30am.

  Hey corporate- whoever was working the evening of Wednesday 4/1 closed up shop early. Tell me why I pulled in at 8:38 p.m. (stores closes at 9 p.m) to a completely desolate place.. I’m talking lights off, doors locked! I thought it was an April fools prank, but it wasn’t!
