This place is beautiful; however, several things could be thought out and executed better. Booked for my husband’s birthday dinner. Initially walking in the $1000 Louboutins got stuck in grates of some sort near the main entrance. Our table was not ready until after our reservation time, had to have our party wait at the bar. They were out of truffle mash, very disappointing for a steak house on a Saturday evening. The bathrooms for a restaurant of this caliber were very underwhelming, dirty and no tissue in stalls. The steak I will say was delicious, our server was excellent and the restaurant its self is a beautiful atmosphere; however, I would not return.

There’s a new player in the Minneapolis steakhouse scene, and it gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The aesthetics of the restaurant are incredible. The food was amazing. The drinks were phenomenal. Our server, David, was exceptional. The only downside is that I live way out of state and can’t come here more often.

Excellent food, service and fun ambiance. Expect to sit close to others the way most tables are laid out unless you know to request a booth (wish we would have). We started with some delicious oysters, Caesar salad….oh and the ROLLS. WOW. They are incredible with the butter. We also had bone in Ribeye, whipped potatoes and mushrooms - all fantastic and cooked perfectly. Will return for a date night again.

Service and ambience are great for date night or special occasion. The menu is somewhat limited to mostly steaks for entrees with a few other options, but they have a pretty good appetizer menu. We opted for drinks and appetizers. The drinks here are really good, the Mai Tai comes in a cute cup that stays cold but is pretty small. The appetizers were all very tasty. The truffle fries are a large portion for a side, the steak tartare has lots of flavor and the crispy rice with salmon is delicious although a small portion for the price. Overall a nice night out.

Update to response from stock and bond: I never received a call or email to follow up as mentioned in their response below.
I've eaten here five times and two of those included issues with overcooked tasteless steaks. Our latest visit was on Tuesday, April 28. Our server Eliot was wonderful and the food was the best we have had here. The reason this is a three star and not a five was the behavior of the brunette curly haired hostess who sat us and the manager on duty (not the GM). When the restaurant called to confirm my res on Monday I said I would like to be seated at a table in the lounge area and not in Golf's section. I was assured that this wouldn't happen so I was surprised when the hostess initially tried to seat us at a restaurant table in the back. I told her that I had let the confirmation host know and she snapped at me that it wasn't in the notes. No accountability or apology. In fact, she was quite angry when I expressed irritation at my preferences being ignored.I ended up seating us myself at a lounge table and when I asked to speak with the manager he was apathetic and cold and repeated that my requests weren't in my notes. This is an expensive restaurant and a miscommunication like this as well as the cold indifferent behavior of both the hostess and manager should not be happening. I almost want to say it's more enjoyable if you just walk in and tell them where you want to sit because the front desk is a mess. Even though the food and service from our server were great I doubt we will be back because of our bad experience with both the hostess and manager on duty. The GM is wonderful so I don't understand why the manager on duty was such a jerk.
