This was absolutely terrible. We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation and were seated at a table where the chairs were actually taller than the table itself. Since we planned on having dinner there, we asked to be moved because it would have been difficult to eat and cut our food. The server told us we couldn't because the other tables were reserved, even though we also had a reservation. To make it even worse, when we left, those four-top tables were still empty.
We ordered drinks, and when they arrived, the waiter spilled one all over my friend's lap and skirt, leaving a stain. She just walked away without even apologizing.
When our food came out, we had to ask for silverware because there wasn't any at our table. Throughout the meal, the waiter only came to our table about three times. She never asked if we needed anything else or if we wanted a refill, even though our water glasses had been empty for 10 to 15 minutes.
At the end of the meal, the check was brought out without asking how we wanted to split it. There were four of us, two couples, so obviously one person wasn't paying for the entire bill.
I will never be back, and I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone. For a restaurant in such a nice hotel, I'm honestly disgusted.

The fact 0 stars is not an option is crazy but 1 star it is... no comment really needed. Atmosphere was good but the food was awful, ordered burrata (bread was good) and shrimp... had a few red flags but nothing too crazy. Sent back a drink that was not good at all. We thought salmon could be a safe bet, TWO times the salmon came out uncooked when we sent it back TWICE!!!! Nothing was done about it besides the salmon(s) being Comped (no dahh we didn't even eat it) No wonder they don't have business.

Nicholas from the Four Seasons followed up regarding our experience. Was appreciative of his professionalism and listening ear. I felt confident that he'll talk with staff. I understand their staff up there is seasonal but consistency is definitely lacking. Original review below.
Server at bar was nice and helpful. But that's where it ends... We came for a late lunch/early dinner bite. Strawberry green tomato salad was apparently a "bread salad." Ordered it with chicken. Chicken was dry and seemed old. Plate looked terrible upon arrival. No plating technique or appeal. Not sure what chef approves a dish that looks and tastes like this. Worse than something at Applebee's. I took one bite of chicken and tomato and sent back. Server was nice enough to let us replace with a crudité platter. Buffalo burratta was decent and focccia bread was yummy. Another female guest sitting farther down the bar arrived much later and my husband noticed she also sent food back. We will not eat here again. We both ended up feeling ill later for the rest of the night. The night before we ate at mara downstairs. That was a 10 star meal and service! Skip this place and eat at Mara. 4 seasons please send some of your upper management to eat at this place. I don't believe it lives up to your standards. Bar chairs also fairly uncomfortable. Hostess also wasn't very welcoming even though they were nearly empty upon our arrival. The only thing 4 seasons about it was the price. Ruined a special anniversary trip. Wish we would have just eaten downstairs again. Happy to share more about the experience with management.
