- IHIfrah HassanJul 16, 20261.0The last time I ordered pizza from here, I had to call because my food still hadn’t arrived. The person who answered seemed surprised that I hadn’t received it yet and said DoorDash would deliver it. The driver took a picture of my food, texted me that they left it outside because they had to rush to another delivery, and left my order unattended. When I finally got my food, my drink was missing, and I received the wrong chicken. As if I didn’t learn my lesson, I ordered again today. This time, the pizza was dry, the dough tasted old, and the chicken arrived without the buffalo sauce I ordered. I’m a disappointed loyal customer. Mind you, the price of this food isn’t cheap anymore. No more Papa John’s for me.

The website said my order was ready but they said it was still in the oven but it would be another 5 minutes. Another guy was also waiting and was standing around before I got there. They asked what his order was and they hadn't even made it. They said it would be done in 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes go by and neither of us have our order. There is someone in the back boxing up orders but not checking if it is either of ours. Eventually, they check and one of them was my order (probably sat for at least 5 minutes). I leave and the other guy is waiting around. Horrible service, but the pizza was hot and tasty at least.

Get 2 and 2 others sit there on the rack for 30 more minutes while their 3 workers just work the back. Took 51 total mins from order time to take out 1/10stars
