I called and spoke with a manager about my delivery and was told that I was outside their delivery area, even though the location is only about 2 miles from me. I simply asked which location was responsible for delivering to my address so I could contact the correct store, but the manager didn’t seem interested in helping or even pointing me in the right direction. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that stores have specific delivery areas, but helping a customer figure out which location serves them shouldn’t be difficult. Terrible customer service experience.

The grease was dripping from the bottoms and a large pepperoncini stem was left in one of the boxes as if it was just eaten. I don't think the crust is cooked and yet its burnt on the bottom. I didn't know that was possible but thats still an achievement so a wins a win.
