  We love all of your new menu ads and it’s a great neighborhood spot. Staff is extremely friendly. Is there anyway for you to get the pancake recipe From the old Crystal Café? We have tried the pancakes with the new owners a couple times and they’re fairly dry and crumbly. Pancakes with the old owners were arguably the best in the Twin Cities area.

  Came here and didn’t know it was under new management, and it was incredible! I’d had their waffles in the past, but the new one was just amazing. The owners are just so sweet, and the food is excellent. Will definitely be coming back for more. 💖

  We had a thoroughly joyful family brunch at New Crystal Cafe! We felt so lucky finding open booth seating right away because it was buzzing. The fluffy golden pancakes were extraordinarily delicious, while the loaded omelet, crispy hash browns, and savory bacon hit the spot. Generous homestyle portions pleased everyone at our table. Friendly staff made our family morning completely pleasant and relaxing!

  I mean seriously LOOK at this veggie omelet and let your eyes tell you the story. Big chunks of fresh sauteed veggies and topped with avocado. Accompanied by excellent hash browns. Possibly the best I have ever had, and there it was in a little strip mall breakfast joint, go figger. Bonus: its easy to get a table on a weekend morning, maybe they have not been discovered yet? SO good. Go!

  Shakie Chickie FLEW over here to do a google REVIEW, because someone WHO Shakie Chickie KNEW said that the food at NEW Crystal Cafe was better than the food at the Hard Rock Cafe.... (Get it? Crystal...Rock. Haha. Geology Geek pun.) Anyway, the people there were super sweet to my sister and I, and every bite of the food had the perfect blend of all the ingredients in it, so Shakie Chickie highly recommends coming here to the New Chickstal Cafe... Wait, no. That's not it. I meant, coming here to the New Cluckstal Cafe... No, no. That's not it either. I meant, coming here to the New Crystal Cafe. Also, I think the right thing to DO would be to dedicate this google REVIEW to my snazzy Aunt and Uncle who recommended coming here. : )
