  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru today, May 10, 2026, around 9:00 PM. My husband and I asked if we could order a milkshake, and the employee said there was no ice cream. My husband politely asked, “Is the machine broken?” and the employee, an African American male working the drive-thru, responded, “Are you slow?” That was extremely rude and unprofessional. We understand that items can be unavailable, but customers should not be spoken to disrespectfully. Management really needs to address customer service and how staff speak to people.

  This guy was extremely rude to us several times before this incident but I brushed it off today when I went to the store and went through the drive-through we waited around 10 minutes for the speaker but nobody was there so we just pulled up to the next window and he was there he told us he refused to take our order, even though we tried to explain to him that there was nobody on the speaker to take our order. He shut the window in our face and refuse to even talk to us. We waited there for around five minutes to get his attention and explain to him what happened but he refused to talk to us then he started yelling at us in cursing so then we pulled up to the next window and luckily there was a nice guy that took her order. Honestly, this guy was rude to me and my family multiple times like getting mad at me and my cousin for taking a a longer time to order I’ve seen many reviews on this guy, especially.

  Siempre he comprado aquí, pero hoy se ne ocurrió pasar por el desayunopara mi y para mi pequeña hijaa ,pero el muchacho fue muy grosero yo solo preguntaba por mi comida y el me respodio diciendo que por si no sabes ver y leer la pantalla .....que mal 👎 nunca más volveré a entrar aquí ......nunca nos habían tratado mal y menos en este país...

  I watched 4 cars order be taken before mine in the drive threw, Thats was ridiculous! Whoever the female is working drive through tonight needs to hand the mic to somebody else.

  Great tasting breakfast, but the old lady at the first window was extremely rude and unprofessional and they forgot my hotsauce as requested so double check your order!
