  I had ordered some food and it was not fresh it's almost taste like it was a day or two old the shrimp they don't clean their shrimp they just fry it all the way it is with the shells and everything and the chicken was dry. For the price I paid for that I could have gone to Jimmy John's and got a much better meal. Never will I go back to this location!!!!

  Better late than never! I wanted to write a review to highlight two employees that were working the counter. I was just there Wednesday night and was served by Tray and Isabella! Isabella was so smiley and friendly and Tray was very knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed! They told me that they are father and daughter and I think that’s amazing because they most definitely work as a great team! Thank you again Leeann chin! 🥠

  I had an excellent experience. William was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and welcoming from start to finish. He made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free, which is exactly the kind of service every customer hopes for. His outstanding customer service is the reason I chose to come back.   I live further away so I don’t come in frequently, but when I do, this is my go to spot for being in the cities. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the workers always go above and beyond. Today it was William working the counter and he was amazing! He makes being there such a breeze and makes the whole experience enjoyable! Theres also a girl I haven’t seen in a long time, tall brunette with an incredible smile! I don’t know if she still works there but she’s always so kind and always getting me to try something new!

  Walking in after 530 pm for dinner this week I was tired & intentional about what I wanted to eat. As I begin to order my fried rice “special order” egg&onion only I was immediately told I could not order this way because the vegetables were a pre-mix, this is the only way I have ever ordered this, I inform the staff who again says I’m sorry we just can’t, I asked if the ingredients has changed and that is when after firmly telling me he cannot special order my rice the cook tells him- we got it! I was disgusted by how this person continuously declined my order even after I told him I order it this way each time- he couldve asked the cook from the beginning. As I slide down to pay the cashier has her phone laying down on the counter as she was watching reels never acknowledged me until she was done lol than confirmed my order with the other staff and giving me a total. The food was disappointing, chicken very chewy and the potstickers made to order were very soggy with lots of water at them bottom- sad to say I’m happy to be disappointed, I will not be returning to this location.
