  I've been ordering here for years, and they used to be really good, but the last year or so I don't think I've had a single order that wasn't wrong somehow. Usually it's not a huge deal - they forget the guac, or I get a cookie instead of a brownie. I've been assuming maybe they're out of one thing or the other, but last time they straight up forgot the turkey..... in my TURKEY sandwich. I don't like leaving negative reviews but genuinely, if you're ordering from this location do it in person and check your order before you leave to make sure it's right. Taking the chance with delivery is NOT worth it lol.

  Super rude all-male staff. Me and the other customer in the store were made to feel super unwelcome and uncomfortable. Was ignored when I said hello or asked to put in my rewards number. Literally want to never go to this location by how rude people were. The employees were all shouting at each other and acting like they weren't there to make sandwiches and run a restaurant. Left me feeling so icky inside when I left and the sandwich weighs like 2 oz.

  Came in right at closing and Shaniqua (Mia) was very friendly and offered to make my sandwich despite the time. The website and Google said they closed at 10 but actually close at 9. Not only did she make my sandwich, she made my entire night!

  The male employees are always so polite and fast. Today the female employee was rude and not “freaky fast” she told me my order wasn’t started and wouldn’t be started cause she’s going on break and told me 15 minutes. As a delivery driver I get penalized for that. There is no reason Jimmy John’s should allow their customers to be treated like that by an employee. I will be reporting this to corporate. This store needs to be ran better.
