    I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my partner and I both agreed that this was hands down one of the most baffling interactions either of us has ever had with an employee. Yesterday (8/31/26), my partner and I stopped at the uptown mpls location in the afternoon. Buckle up, this is a long one, but I have to tell the whole story because it was batshit crazy. The man behind the counter (long hair, sagging pants, dead eyes and zero personality) was on his phone when we walked in, and took a minute or two to finish his phone call while we were standing at the counter, clearly ready to order. When he finally decided to acknowledge us, he walked over to the register and looked at us with what I can only describe as utter disdain. Keep in mind, we still hadn't exchanged a word yet and my partner and I had only smiled at him when we walked in and then waited patiently at the counter. Anyway, once the guy got to the register, he just stood there, so my partner was the first to break the insanely long silence. He did so by politely asking the man "hey, how's it going?". That man gave my partner a look that sent chills down my spine. Like at this point I was honestly concerned that this dude was either going to spit in our food or jump over the counter and beat the shit out of us. Moving on, my partner nervously chuckled and then ordered, and the man started aggressive typing in the order, but the computer broke so he roughly picked up the screen, ripped out the cord, and mumbled that "the computer was tripping out" while walking away. Zero other explanation, and he went back to the other counter to be on his phone for a few more minutes. My partner and I were just staring at each other in bewilderment because we were so curious as to what the hell this guy's problem was. Finally, after what felt like forever, he took our order, made our two sandwiches, and set them on the counter without saying another word. All of this was so confusing and awkward it was honestly painful). That dude should not be working in a front of house position.

    The website says they close at 10 I go in at 8:50 this light skin guy with light brown curly hair already counting the register and made me wait until he was done he said no food was going to be cooked and only card I said ok he forgot my pickle so I come back as he’s rushing to lock I said you forgot my pickle this man throws his keys to the table and starts huffing and puffing it’s not my fault your website is wrong !!

    I've been ordering here for years, and they used to be really good, but the last year or so I don't think I've had a single order that wasn't wrong somehow. Usually it's not a huge deal - they forget the guac, or I get a cookie instead of a brownie. I've been assuming maybe they're out of one thing or the other, but last time they straight up forgot the turkey..... in my TURKEY sandwich. I don't like leaving negative reviews but genuinely, if you're ordering from this location do it in person and check your order before you leave to make sure it's right. Taking the chance with delivery is NOT worth it lol.

    Super rude all-male staff. Me and the other customer in the store were made to feel super unwelcome and uncomfortable. Was ignored when I said hello or asked to put in my rewards number. Literally want to never go to this location by how rude people were. The employees were all shouting at each other and acting like they weren't there to make sandwiches and run a restaurant. Left me feeling so icky inside when I left and the sandwich weighs like 2 oz.
