  What in the literal hell is this?!! Shrinkflation at its finest. I give up. I should have just starved until i got done with work late. Not worth the money folks. Yes I ordered the smaller sandwich but it’s 6 inches and usually wider like a sub sandwich. Now it looks like a hot dog bun with half the sandwich missing. And I’m still getting charged the same price?! Unbelievable. People are not joking when they say fast food is ripping people off. I’ll have to make sure I don’t forget my lunch anymore.

  Asked for Ez lettuce…. Didn’t realize it would be a pinch… barely any Jimmy peppers when asking for regular amount and the bread was decent

  I work Saturdays and Sundays downtown Minneapolis blocks away from this JJ location, called in to get lunch and the guy who answers the phone informed me that the JJ that delivers to this address is Skyway and they are closed on weekends and told me they won’t unfortunately deliver to me 5 blocks away. I called the JJ on 3rd Ave S further away and the gal there is always so nice and said without a problem they would deliver to my job. It’s nice to accommodate your customers and a little sure does go a long way. THANK YOU 3RD AVE S JIMMY JOHNS AND YOUR WORKERS!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED
