  Customer service was awful. The man at the register was very unfriendly and disconnected. A paying customer’s first impression of a fast food establishment starts with whoever is taking your order at the register. When you don’t feel welcomed, it ruins everything else. The only ones out of several employees that seemed to have any customer service skills were the first man in the sandwich prep line and the person who handed us our sandwiches. Everyone else seemed to hate their job. Sandwiches were fine.

  My husband and I both manage restaurants that are close by, we come in about 2-3 times a month and are always disappointed. The employees are unwilling to listen to modifications on our sandwiches, which are standard at other locations like: “Leave Bread In”, “Add Extra Pickles” or “No onions”. And the overall impression they make on us as customers is they just “don’t care”… Wish we could count on this location for better customer service!!
