    The subs had no meat on them at all, my boyfriend and I were the only customer in the store, I had asked for no tomatoes and they made it with tomatoes... 🤦🏻

    Everyone who was working here on Aug. 2nd after WWE Summer Slam @ US Bank was awesome. They were friendly, accommodating, humourous and refreshing. Great job! They should be commended.

    I am completely humiliated by how I was treated yesterday as a paying customer. I came into this location and order a Chicken Back Ranch sandwich with a cup for water. I then went over, got my water and waited for my food. I was waiting for quite awhile. While I was waiting, two women came in and ordered the same thing as me. The cook said “here is one of the chicken bacon ranch”, so I took my order, sat down and started eating my food. While I was eating, a short black woman came to the cash register and yelled “Ma’am, that is NOT your sandwich!” I then said “yes it is”, she then says “NO THAT IS NOT YOUR SANDWICH”. At this point, everyone in the store was watching because of how loud she was at yelling at me. She then says “they ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, what did you order?”, I said “a chicken bacon ranch sandwich!” She then says they ordered a footlong cut into two regular size sandwiches, that’s not what you ordered!” I said “I ordered a regular size sandwich, is that not what this is?!” She then storms off angrily. I turn to the cashier that help me and said “Didn’t I order my food before them?!” The cashier says yes. I then say “if I order my food before them, I should be served before them!” I sat back down to continue eating and while doing this, I overhear them accusing me of not paying for my food and stealing. The two customers that came in and ordered AFTER me were then giving me dirty looks the whole time during this interaction and while I was trying to eat my food that I ordered before they did. I am disgusted with how I was treated. I have never been so humiliated like this in my life! I was a paying customer, who ordered food BEFORE these women. My order came before theirs! Instead I was accused of taking food that wasn’t mine and accused of stealing! This is unacceptable behavior and I deserve an apology from the worker who went out of her way to humiliate me!
