  Ordered two sandwiches and they took 30 minutes to make them only for one of them to be the wrong sandwich. When I went back to ask for a pickle that I had ordered that was left out, one of the cashiers rolled their eyes at me. Pretty unprofessional for no reason.

  If you like Jimmy John's then you will like this place! The manager/one of the managers is nice and has helped me with the rewards system. I have only ever had one problem here over the course of a couple years, which tell me that issues are infrequent. Thank you for the work that you do! (Ordered In-Store)
