  Best Jimmy John’s there is, and the STAFF is why. The team is kind, consistent, and clearly enjoy working together making the experience of going in there very nice. They are extraordinarily kind. My orders are always on time even on the busiest of days. Never had an issue with delivery, app ordering, or in person.

  I was disappointed with my experience. At around 8:15 PM, I purchased a meal and shortly afterward my 4-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. We were told that the bathroom had already been cleaned for the night and that she was not allowed to use it. As a parent, it was frustrating to see a young child denied access to a restroom, especially after we had just purchased food. I understand the need for cleaning procedures, but I believe there should be some flexibility when it comes to small children and paying customers. I hope management reviews this policy and considers a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

  Absolutely horrible. Sent via Uber Eats and they could not find my location and I never got the ffod for or refunded. I called the site and they said call the corporate office and they do not call back either. And, another order, the bootom of the bad was soaked through andf the sandwich wasnot fresh, included old lettuce, the meat tasted horrible, and again, the store of franchisee corpoarate office never calls tyou back. I am never ordering from this store again.
