  I ordered a cheese pizza, garlic bread bites, and cinnamon bread bites from this location for delivery. When my order was delivered I was given a sausage pizza and two containers of garlic bread bites. I gave the store a call because I was hoping to get another pizza delivered because I am a vegetarian and cannot eat the sausage pizza. Upon telling the person who picked up the phone that the wrong order was delivered I was cut off, told that I was lying because he could remember making my order, and then hung up on???? I tried calling the store again (multiple times) in which someone would pick up the phone but just leave it on the counter and not actually speak to me. I then called the Domino's on Johnson Street asking if they would be able to get me in contact with someone in regards to this (they were great). I then drove to the Oak St. location with the incorrect order to get a refund. The guy that helped me out with the refund was nothing but nice. I also was able to verify that the phone was just left off the hook when I called back because two of the three phones up at the register area were off the hook, just lying on the counter. I was not mad about the situation until I was treated like I was lying. I would have had no problem texting someone a picture as proof that my order was incorrect. As someone who has worked in customer service, this is the WORST form of it I have ever seen.

  The restaurant is only 4 minutes away, but delivery took 1 hour.

  Absolutely so disappointed with this store....2 times have ordered...I am in the hospital waiting a heart transplant and get to see my family ever 2 WEEKS! First time took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to get my order to me...2nd time 2 of my 3 pizzas were wrong....RUDE staff. I cannot leave the hospital my family used a shuttle to come to the hospital so no vehicle and their only solution was you have to come here for us to do anything....so disappointed 3 of my family members went to go get different food because they refused to eat the wrong order

  Widly inconsistent. Waited 35 minutes, pizza was raw when I got home (so much so that when you picked up the crust the pizza tore apart and stayedin the box) and with an absurd amount of sauce. Called to ask about a refund, but someone picked up the phone, didnt say anything and left the call running (presumably to keep up performance numbers)

  I'm so annoyed. Our pizza is over 1.5 hours *later* than they said it would be (initally 45 min to 1 hour), but now 2.5 hours for pizza?! If I would have known I could have stopped in or ordered somewhere else. I called in and was put on hold indefinitely. Called in again and they hung up immediately. Currently I've been holding for 10 minutes. This store is ridiculous. The location is less than a mile away.
