    Every time I eat here, I tell myself "I need to come here more often." Today I got their Bangan Bhartha (made of roasted eggplant) at a spice level 4. An absolute banger. I can see it becoming my go-to menu item, but there are so many things I still want to try. Literally everything I've ordered (I'm pescatarian) from their menu has been delicious! The drinks are such a good deal too!! Martinis for less than $10 and lassi for $3.99.

    I love this delicious, family owned restaurant. I have for years, but I have to say, the last time I was in, a couple of days ago, it was even better than usual. Just excellent northern Indian food, courteously served, in a room that is nice to sit in. AND- they have a European-style paymnet system, where they bring a secure credit card reader to the table, instead of walking off with your card. A small thing, but just great. Darbar is a touchstone restaurant. They deserve your business, and you won’t be sorry.

    Terrible experience. Had a to-go order and they just handed me my food without acknowledgement. Then I got home and the problems happend- the chicken and beef were so overdone it was inedible. I fed it to my dogs. Don't recommend this place.

    I had an appetizer sampler and the spinach paneer. It was the best around. I also had garlic naan with it. I wish I took a picture. Staff was so friendly.
