This is horrible... food qas put in the aluminum top and then wrap in aluminum foil. If you dont have supplies, you contact other stores for help. Never order here again!

Used a gift card so the app only lets you submit a cancellation if you have a new order placed charged full balance on your own card and then they offer you your money back only as entrees on a different order you have to place within 30 days. So essentially have to buy chipotle two times just to get part of your original money back for a simple mistake of ordering to the wrong location. Absolutely pathetic phone/app support.

I show up and the cashier goes in the back and looks at my completed order then tells me mine will be ready in about 5 orders…seconds after a different lady came up and asked who I was waiting for and once I told her she went in the back and grabbed my order that was sitting there the whole time. Guacamole was brown and definitely not safe to eat. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t order the guacamole! 🤢 tried to dig out the brown and it’s in the whole thing. Definitely a health hazard. Go to a different location. This one is sour.
