I asked if there was more rice coming soon they said it was at least 20 minutes from being done. I left.

All the food was fresh. The staff cooking and serving the food was calm and respectful. Very peaceful energy in there. Oh yea and Albert served to perfection. No negative attitude, slamming the food in the bowl checked how much of each thing I wanted. Thank you guys and keep up the good work

A couple weeks ago I came in shortly after they opened, was the only customer in line at the time, and was not acknowledged by any one of at least 5 employees for at least 15 minutes. Today, I ordered via DoorDash ($$!!!!) and received the incorrect order. There was no receipt on the bag and the driver stated they had to verbally confirm the order with the employees and they took their word. So I reordered the same order, including double steak (SSS!!!), and it was the whitest bowl I've ever seen - maybe 8 pieces of steak, and probably a tablespoon of pico. I hope Chipotle corporate really takes notice of the consistently poor service and value from this location in particular.
