I’m not an animal, I waited for close to 10 mins with my burrito and bowl sitting halfway done while you kept skipping over with online orders. Honestly I don’t even fault you because you looked overwhelmed and unorganized. The good news is corporate probably ate the bill and you probably got a free meal… so cheers! And to Chipotle corporate, I remember when you used to provide a quick meal for those looking to eat relatively healthy. Now you are just another diluted brand willing to overlook the customer standing in front of you to prioritize the digital order. No shame in the game, but don’t come crying to me when your establishment overtakes The Waffle House for most viral streams on World Star. PS Bussin Birria is right across the parking lot and much better.

The food wasn't as fresh as I'm used to either. The rice was a little tough and the softitas were chewier than normal. Overall it was ok. This location is showing its age. And the dining room needed a good cleaning. The tabletops were ok, but the bench seating was covered in crumbs. They did come out and clean tables while I was eating, but not the benches. Overall, it was an ok experience. I will likely return if in the area.
