  Horrible employees the food so small if you ask at least make it spoon full’ than somehow they charge me $20 dollars for smallbowl wheni ask what’s wrong with the price they say that’s how we work and laugh at me this place has horrible customer service’ i been big ordered food this restaurant for more 10 years this was new to me’ look at the food they charge me

  I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Chipotle location. I am a regular customer and visit this restaurant 3–4 times every week. During a previous visit, one of the employees joked by saying, “I love you.” I jokingly replied that I don’t like men. After that, during my next visit, his attitude toward me completely changed. He intentionally gave me poor service, acted unprofessionally, and made me feel unwelcome. It appeared he was trying to embarrass me or make my experience unpleasant. I reported the incident to the supervisor on duty, but she did not take my complaint seriously or make any effort to address the situation. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of personal feelings or misunderstandings. No customer should receive worse service because of a personal interaction with an employee. I hope management investigates this incident, provides additional training to the staff, and ensures every customer is treated fairly and professionally. I will not return until I know this issue has been taken seriously.

  They never pick up the trash outside. The garbage is constantly overflowing on the patio. The Customer Service is a joke because they never smile and they never greet you. This lady was literally just standing in front of me and not even saying hello. Not even saying what can I get for you? I mean seriously Customer Service is definitely not the same anymore and the portions have gone down you’re paying for the same price but you’re getting less for your money it’s ridiculous but this location is never shocking because they are. Customer Service stinks. I need to improve under Customer Service. They need to prove on putting customers first not being on their phone as well.

  Come here if you want to eat expired guacamole and get food poisoning. I informed the management team about the aged food they had on their line and they served it to multiple people after I let them know. They also have ingredients fall into other ingredients without correcting which makes this place extraordinarily unsafe for anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
