- SOSanja O2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. This location is so cheap and stingy, it feels like they’d charge you for the air you breathe in their store. They seem to want to charge for absolutely everything. The staff were also rude and unhelpful. If everyone there operates the same way, it makes me question the management as well. I will never return to this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

And any time I asked for more, she begrudgingly scooped a tiny sliver of food into the bowl, as if she’s taking it as disrespect? The restaurant is clean, but the employees are terrible with customer satisfaction and don’t seem to care how they come across. They were also barely enunciating their words, so my simple questions felt like I was making a scene. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this Chipotle if you want value for your hard earned money. There’s a number of other restaurants around to choose from in the area. And I have no idea how my single bowl came up to $21+. No drink or anything else added to the order. Real-time edit: My friend who’s with me just told me to look at the bowls that two of the employees made for themselves. I looked and they gave themselves gigantic portions to eat. Spitballing here, but I think they’re skimping out on giving fresh food to the customers in order to save more for themselves. Just a guess.
