  I like the option for chipotle at work however this place is like consistently out of fajitas. How can you operate a restaurant with one food type and constantly be out of a core ingredient?

  Grabbed Chipotle in Minneapolis using a pro tip I swear by: order online, get one taco, and max out on 3 sides and 2 toppings. I went with hot honey chicken for protein, then loaded up on lettuce, black beans, brown rice, and a couple other sides, super healthy and it usually comes out in a bowl anyway, so you can just eat it as a taco bowl or wrap it up. All that for only about $4-5. If you feel like you need more protein, just order a second one, it's cheap enough that it's worth it. Service was quick and efficient, the eating area was clean and comfortable, and the self serve drink station had some genuinely good healthy options. Overall a great experience and an easy way to eat well without spending much!

  Both styles of rice were undercooked and crunchy. Assembly was rushed and not clean. Every ingredient was visually cross contaminated with other ingredients. The taller assembly gal was curt, but luckily we got another gal who gave us better service. Vibe was aggro. Didn't feel safe eating on site. Unfortunate first and likely last Chipotle experience. Do Qdoba, way better and close by.

  Everytime we've ordered for delivery from here the food has arrived cold and not fresh. Its always this location. Every other location we havent had a problem with. Going to be avoiding this location from here on out.

  Extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle. When I visited, they were out of several core menu items, including steak, chicken, and rice, which made it nearly impossible to order what I wanted. To make matters worse, the cash register wasn't working properly, causing delays and frustration for customers. What stood out most, however, was the lack of professionalism from the staff. Basic customer service skills seemed nonexistent. There was little communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to apologize for the numerous issues or help customers find alternatives. I understand that supply shortages and equipment problems can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this location fell well short of even basic expectations. I won't be returning anytime soon.
