Normally, I would not post something like this here, but I honestly do not know what has happened to this location. After my experience today, I will not be returning.
I was trying to pay for my food with my credit card when the male cashier reached out, grabbed my card out of my hand, and tapped it for me.
First of all, you have no right to grab something out of my hand—especially my credit card—as if it belongs to you. Second, I was the only customer inside the restaurant at the time, so there was absolutely no reason for this interaction to happen the way it did.
Now I understand why there always seem to be more people waiting in the pickup area than actually dining inside this location.
Disrespecting my personal space is one thing, but grabbing my credit card after I had already taken it out of my purse and was attempting to pay is completely unacceptable. My payment method is my choice, and I should be able to handle my own card without someone taking it from me.
How disrespectful and completely unnecessary.
The food is always great. The service can either be 5 stars or 0

The last two times I ordered from here on DoorDash it has been soooo good, bowl is perfect and good quality, guac is fresh, chips are overly salty like I love it!
DO not come here after 8pm. They may tout “now open until 11pm” but are they really open if they’re missing 3-4 misc ingredients and options?
I don’t know if I caught this location at a bad time, or what. But they produced the saddest smallest burrito I have ever had, and that was after I asked twice for “extra rice”. It looked more like a taquito than a burrito. Fair to suggest it was half the size of a standard burrito from chipotle.
At 9:25 they were out of: corn salsa, guacamole, chips, the specialty chicken, queso and I’m sure more.
Once I asked for the chipotle honey chicken, the person at the front awoke from her slumber and yelled behind her “how long on chicken and chipotle honey” and the man behind her, looked at her, said nothing and walked out of view.
It was only until after she had sadly prepped two entrees and I was told “oh we don’t have corn”. She then stopped processing my order to yell to the single person in line, “no corn”.
Overall.. terrible experience. I wish I had the boldness to reject the burrito and bowl. And drive another 10-15 to the nearest competing location.
I love chipotle. Rarely do I have qualms with them. I will continue to eat at chipotle. But when a chipotle clearly doesn’t staff within their listed hours.. you stop going to said chipotle.

The worst chipotle. Do not come here. Especially if you come in the last hour every worker or will act as if they do not want to work, and will not give you what you asked for. They act like they cannot make more food, as if they have somewhere else to be, like they’re not clocked in for their hours. Everyone is incompetent. Everyone hates their job, as if you asked them to work there. Food looks disgusting!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!
