I was having the WORSE night of my life tonight, and the calmed, relaxed atmosphere really helped a lot! They were so easy going, and cracked a couple jokes. I didn’t have any cash to tip, but it really made me smile. I don’t know their names, But today’s date is 8/26/26.

We ordered directly on the Chipotle app for delivery @ 8:50pm (store closes at 11) 1st driver arrived at like 9:15 and the app kept saying driver waiting for order. He wanted about 30/40 mins and then left. 2nd driver arrived around 10pm and still waited. I wrote driver again like "is everything okay" he says just waiting on food. I ask him to ask if there's problems on chipotle side. I guess he asks the team who says it's been made and picked up already (it has not & even CHIPOTLE'S app says so) so driver response to me saying the store says they're out of something's but they'll "remake it". I ask what they're out of and he says only cheese and tomatoes. Well luckily our bowl consists of rice, chicken steak , cheese, sour cream and salsa so only cheese would be missing (said they couldn't cancel order either). Finally arriving after 2 hours and all we had was dry rice and chicken... not even edible.... Why lie???? I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!! Gas lit us like they made it already and since they had to make again that they'd be missing 1 item when in really this is not close to my order.
