  I once ordered a bowel with double chicken and the guy tried to give me 1 and a half scoops. I asked for a bit more and he said it was gonna be extra?! Walked out. 1/5 star!

  I waited in line and ordered it a steak burrito bowl with tortilla on the side. The employee did not do the tortilla. I thought okay. That's fine. Working at Chipotle is hard. Then I looked at the meat and it was all crispy and old, and it looked as if they had been reusing the same pans all day. You know how you can see the old mixed with the new. I worked in restaurants for many years, I know the tricks. I said "Never mind, let me just do veggies." And they started to disrespect me, talking about how I switched it up on them. I told them that I switched because the meat looked unappetizing. Then I kept getting attitude, so I said "all right, you can keep it" and I left with them chirping me as I was going. I truly don't care, like I said, working at Chipotle is hard. No disrespect to the workers. But whoever manages this joint does not deserve a job. This area of Minneapolis has gone way downhill, and this Chipotle with it. Never ever go here, you are supporting subpar working conditions and will likely get sick. I really don't mind some verbal abuse, so that isn't what I care about, but you might not like that and you will find it here.

  I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience at this Chipotle. I clearly did not order guacamole, but the employee insisted that I did and forced me to pay for it. When I tried to explain the situation, they refused to listen and did not make any effort to solve the problem. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated. I felt dismissed and disrespected as a Chinese customer. Instead of helping me or correcting the charge, the staff simply ignored my concern and acted as if I had no right to question it. This was extremely disappointing. Customers should not be pressured into paying for items they did not order, and they should be treated with basic respect regardless of their background. I left feeling angry, discriminated against, and completely dissatisfied with the service.

  Out of chicken, steak, and rice. When asked when these items would be available the workers gave a time so we waited. After that time passed we asked the worker again he said 30 more minutes. Then miraculously it came out seconds last. Workers had no idea what was going on. The cash register didn’t work so they couldn’t ring anyone up. On top of all of this the prep station was DIRTY and the customer service was non-existent. Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
