- DBDeMer BrownApr 1, 20261.0Melissa the manager at this location is an actual nightmare. Every time I come in here early she is rude to the customers of caribou and lunds. I was waiting on my bus right outside the shop in sub 30 degree weather and I decided to sit in this store after lunds and mcdonalds to wait out the cold for 10 minutes. She proceeded to approach me in a rude attitude and tell me I cannot be in the store unless I buy something, which I became upset and was forced to spend extra money that not everyone has. Incredibly unprofessional

While I don’t expect the staff to stand up to ICE agents and refuse service, I do expect the upper management to prioritize their staff’s safety as well as the customers safety. Allowing ICE agents into your locations is a safety hazard and I cannot support a business that doesn’t care about its staff and customer safety. I will no longer be a patron to your establishments.
