Doesn't even deserve a one star. We just had the absolute worst experience at any coffee shop ever. The terminal 2 caribou used to be pretty good. Efficient, friendly, good service. This was AWFUL. We had to ask to be rung up. We had to ask for our food after waiting 10 min while the employees sipped drinks and moved as slow as molasses. We got our muffin but had to ask for the bagel. The employee looked throughly confused and annoyed. Another guy went to get bagels--so clearly they were not prepared. They then handed us a MICROWAVED unsliced bagel when we ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. There were no "friendly" employees "ready to serve". At all. Zero. This store needs serious help. Also, it was disgusting. coffee stains on counters, crumbs everywhere....
Ordered through the mobile app which I strongly recommend using since waiting for the kiosk is rather slow and the line to the counter can be long at times, from the app use MSP T2 location. My order came through very quickly! (Around 5 minutes) And was called out loud when ready. Which especially for a busy airport cafe was golden and much needed. Didn't try the food admittedly but drinks overall seem to be on point!
If I could, I would leave zero stars. We waited 45 minutes and never got our drinks. I checked in on our order and was told it was coming. The women I talked to could have cared less to help me. Went to cancel our order because we needed to catch our flight. I was told that they cancelled the order, but we needed to pay for our food (which we got). We had already paid. I did not get a refund according to my account. So $45 for a sandwich and a breakfast bowl. Looks like I will be visiting Starbucks when I fly. Very disappointing.
Waited in line a while. Asiago bagel was ok. For the price I expected more turkey, the cheese was good. The strawberry banana smoothie was good. $16+ for my meal. Ouch.
I ordered from the kiosk as there were 2 people ahead of me. It was not busy at all but using the kiosk let me have a good close look at the menu. I ordered a breakfast bowl as they was the only food showing on the kiosk. When I got to the front and could see their signage I saw that they all sorts of other kinds of food that I would probably have preferred if they were on the kiosk.
I noticed the barista looking through cupboards for something and it looked like he wasn't finding it. I hoped to myself that he wouldn't improvise and change my drink because he didn't have the right inventory to complete my ordered drink. I didn't detect and vanilla or cinnamon in drink like I was supposed to, but instead detected distinct notes of peppermint.
I was waiting somewhere between 5-10 minutes for my latte and breakfast bowl. Even he called my name I asked politely if there was also a breakfast bowl as I didn't see it anywhere. I wasn't sure if he was responsible for that or if it was coming from the back room (kitchen?). Instead of "I'll have it for you in just a minute" or "Yepper coming right up!" he chose to say "I'm only one employee!" Unfortunately the quality of his response matched the quality of my food and drink and I just happen to have 2 hours to kill so...
I am attaching a photo of what the breakfast bowl is advertised on their menu to look like and another of what I got. It was actually palatable (thus 2 stars) but still left me feeling bereft. Breakfast is a meal, that breakfast bowl was definitely not a meal.
My vanilla latte with cinnamon sugar cold foam tasted like a mix of all the syrups.
