After paying for it I waited another more than ten minutes to get the bagel handed over. It would have taken the cashier less than ten seconds to grab one, bag it and hand it to me.
- MDMia DusekJul 7, 20262.0I came here the day after halloween 2025 & it was so bad 😭 over an hour wait times for a bagel and cream cheese, got an expired coupon from 2024 from the experience, whatever it happens. today was my first day back LOL and i got a bacon egg and cheese WITH cream cheese. as im waiting for my sandwich, she asks me what kind of cream cheese i wanted on it again so i tell her, im like yes my sandwich, so excited. Get home w my sandwich, why is there no cream cheese on the bottom and only a little on the top. what are we doing yallllll, my money is being wasted away, please can we do better fr im exhausted.

- SSSteven SchmaltzMay 25, 20262.0Do NOT use order ahead. The wait can be 45+minutes. Walk-ins get there food faster . If you do order ahead, check your order before you leave. The workers are trying very hard though. Hire more workers! And pay them better. Bagels are still awesome.
