  This place stinks, what part of eveything bagel did you guys not understand? Instead I was given a lousy garlic bagel and y’all out garlic on my bacon egg and cheese when I litteraly didn’t ask for that🤦‍♂️ I’m not going back✌🏾✌🏾

  As a regular, I'm probably biased. I'll have a bagel and coffee at least once a week from this Bruegger's location, and I have a hard time with finding any complaints. The staff is always kind and efficient, greeting people as they come in while also taking orders. I think some of the other reviewers may need to temper their expectations; ALL of the employees I've seen over the years have always done their jobs well and with care. I don't have experience with other Bruegger's locations, but I recommend Bruegger's with high regards BECAUSE OF this location, especially because of its longstanding employees (and the trainees who work hard, too!).

  This is the best place ever. Despite these other reviews, the workers are beyond friendly and seem to value customer relations. They gave me recommendations (which as an indecisive person, I loved). Food was made great even while they seemed busy! Will definitely return!

  First and foremost everyone here seems miserable. Workers, and customers. Maybe it’s because I’m from the south and we are all friendly and kind. It wouldn’t kill you to smile and say “have a good day” or “enjoy your food” after someone orders and you hand them the receipt. The person who took our order had colorful hair, and a dull personality. There were no name tags, and no one else working had colorful hair. Not a single ounce of emotion. I understand we are all going through things and struggling, but if you’re working with people and are the face of a company you have to be more welcoming. Now for the food. I can make a better bagel from walmart honestly. Again, maybe because I am from the south and our food is flavorful and that’s what I am used to. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel on asiago. The whole thing was just plain and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not worth the money.
