  Great experience I was able to talk with everybody in the shop about bagels and things I'm trying to do musically which was nice. They were out of the bagels I wanted but they hooked me up with some other ones that were good which made me pretty happy. I like this environment with the whole firefighter vibe. I feel like I'm in a real place with real people eating real food.

It’s housed in the historic Minneapolis Fire Station #27 on Nicollet Avenue. The character of the old brick firehouse, big windows, and open architectural feel give it so much charm compared to a standard bagel shop. ​🥯 The Food Breakdown ​🔥 Sriracha Honey Sunrise Sandwich: The flavor profile on this sandwich was incredible. The fried cheese with jalapeños on top is the absolute star—it adds a savory, spicy crispness that ties the whole sandwich together. Constructive note: The bacon could have used a bit more cook time to get properly crisp, but the overall flavor still carried the sandwich. ​🫐 Blueberry Bagel w/ Strawberry Cream Cheese: Perfectly chewy kettle-boiled bagel with a generous, fresh spread. Sweet, simple, and spot-on. ​☕ Iced Coffee: Smooth, bold, and served cold and fast—great companion to a savory breakfast sandwich. ​⚡ Service & Vibe ​Speed: The morning crew moved quickly and our food came out hot and fresh with minimal wait. ​Atmosphere: Casual, easygoing neighborhood energy with plenty of natural light. ​Accessibility & Seating: Great place to grab and go or sit down for a relaxed morning bite. ​💡 Final Verdict: If you appreciate unique historic architecture and want a hearty, flavor-packed breakfast sandwich, this firehouse spot is definitely worth a stop!

  Very busy. Staff could be less rude, yelling at me for not seeing their pickup shelf that was obscured but by layers of people in line to order.

  Jake was our cashier today and he was so friendly! Seemed super knowledgeable about the menu and was very kind. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. It really makes a difference when people care enough to put forward that kind of good energy.

  They only put cream cheese on one half of the bagel… also no one acknowledged me when I walked in so it was uncomfy. Also CUT THE DANG BAGEL if it’s a sandwich!
