  What a nice surprise! We had not been down to Saint Anthony in quite some time. Aster House Checked all the boxes. It was absolutely lovely, food was good, drinks were solid. We particularly appreciated the great menu of starters. Lots for vegetarians. In fact, between starters and salads this was enough for my wife, who is vegetarian. The burger (with pulled pork, onion lettuce & tomato) was solid. Not the best that I’ve had, but I walked away satisfied. The deep fried wild rice fritters were great! The burrata was similarly awesome. Atmosphere was top-notch. We walked in and the interior is indeed incredible. For us, because it was a nice summer night and it was somewhat cold inside (Definitely a positive on the right day), we sat outside on the patio behind the building and really enjoyed it. Only quibble, very small, is the service was a touch slow. That said, it did force us to slow it down and enjoy our meal more. Word to the wise: excellent bar list for mixed drinks. Limited selection for beer.

  This place is gorgeous with the stone walls and open space. The service was friendly and fabulous. Interesting wine list by the glass—try the Greek white!, delicious steak frites—I can’t recall the last time I ate every last frite!, and the steak with gremolata was flavorful and perfect cooked—not overly salty as often happens with steak at restaurants. Didn’t get to dessert but definitely will when we go back! Adorable bar area, too. Glad we finally made it to this unique place!

  The food was horrible. I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich (at our waiter’s recommendation) and it was fatty and flavorless and the bun tasted old. The whole sandwich was a soggy disaster. My husband’s burger was no better and was served without the bacon crumbles (which were delivered to our table in a plastic cup). Such a disappointment.

  We had our rehearsal dinner at Aster House in early May and we could not have asked for a better event. Jeff and the entire team were attentive and super helpful through the entire process which ensured the whole night went smoothly. The event space was beautiful and created a perfect ambiance for our night. Aster House provided plenty of different menus and styles, and were very accommodating for vegan and gluten free guests. The cocktails were great, the food was delicious, and all of our guests had a great time! Our rehearsal dinner was truly a memorable night, and we would highly recommend Aster House for anyone looking for an event space!

  We reserved the mezzanine (Vista) for our wedding dinner and it was such an amazing experience! Jeff was great and easy to work with. We greatly appreciated the flexibility in letting us customize parts of the menu to fit our dietary requirements. The food was delicious and received multiple compliments from our guests, especially the sour cream twice baked potato. The service from Tavo and our bartender was incredible, they were attentive and made the whole night run smoothly. Our sincere compliments go out to both the kitchen and front of house staff, and we look forward to returning!!
