The Aster Cafe is located under the trees on the prettiest street in Minneapolis. Overlooking the mighty Mississippi river and the skyline of the city, the Aster is a candle-lit restaurant-bar with a sweet European patio. Live music, great brunches, craft beers and cocktails, and a thoughtful wine list add up to City Pages calling us the “best place to go on a first date”. The atmosphere is magical, but make sure you check their calendar and catch a live music show here—it’s an essential Minneapolis experience!

- KKKerrenMay 3, 20265.0Thanks to the bar and wait staff for putting on the biggest event EVER in the River Room. They hustled and worked hard to accommodate our massive wedding reception. The steak and chicken were some of the best plated wedding foods I’ve had. And the bacon wrapped dates and empanadas were excellent appetizers. We appreciated being able to bring in our own desserts, and Shaun was able to display them beautifully for us. Kudos to the team working on May 2nd.
