- AEAnthony EngaApr 22, 20262.0Went in with my wife and baby to get two blizzards. My wife ordered a small Reese's and I ordered a medium royal brownie. They called our number and my wife noticed right away mine was wrong, so she asked them to remake the correct one. Now granted, it was busy and I understand they were getting a bit flustered, but even after saying it was wrong, all they did was take it back for a little while and then give it to us again and said it was correct. It was not. It was a peanut butter blizzard, not brownie. At this point we had been standing around for 15-20 minutes and said whatever and left. Sad because we go here frequently enough.

I requested a triple flamethrower combo (I even asked if they still had it on the menu), she placed a regular triple cheeseburger combo; I waited a minute for a cup, and grabbed one myself. She immediately disappeared into the back after taking my order. I do not think I will be stopping here in the future. On a brighter note: the burger was good, just not what I wanted.
