  Order through doordash, never receive my son chicken mcnugget or fries that came with it, only receive partial order (the drink and 2 buffalo sauce). Lmao at least I got the 2 burgers and its meal for my husband but I guess my son doesn't get to eat. Thanks mcd. Mvp of the year, remind me never to order from you guys again through doordash.

  Yesterday about 2:50pm almost 3pm I was in line waiting for my food with my young children. A customer came in and asked for a refund she was really rude and disrespectful. The staff was trying their best to help and understand her. They asked for more information about the refund but she wouldn’t give any answer. They contacted a second party and they tried to help as well but the lady was being so rude to them and cussing them out. I have young children and I didn’t like that they had to hear her lash out like that. They decided to give her the refund and she took out her phone and recorded them and kept cussing them out but they were just trying to help. This isn’t a compliment but this McDonalds crew was disrespected just for doing their job and I want them to know that they did a great job on handling that disgusting and disrespectful woman. They all need a rise if they have to deal with this kind of customers. That woman also left a review and all she said on there isn’t how it truly happened but again congratulate your staff for handling it properly and for being respectful while that woman was being disrespectful.

  I ordered the Arch burger, chicken strips last night, and the patty was rare, which I believe is unsafe for McDonald’s patties. The chicken strips was dried and some pieces was hard. Consequently, I didn’t feel well this morning.

  I were there to order #7 with 2 apple pies. After I paid, I pulled up to window #1 to pick my order. When I got up there, a young girl told me to pull my car at #1 to wait couple mins for my order. I were waiting for 15 mins, but no food coming out, I called to talk to a lady, she said she’ll checking on my order and hung up the phone on me. After a few minutes, no one came out, so I had to leave because I gotta pick up my son from school, I told her that I’ll be back to get my refund. After I picked up my son, there were s.t came up, so I couldn’t come back til after 8pm. I called at 8:14pm to see if I can go there to get my refund while I were in that area, but no one answered the phone. I called again today at 2:34pm to see if it’s ok for me to be there to get my refund, a lady who answered the phone said it’s ok, that was why I made a trip from Eagan to McDonald to get my refund. When I got there they told me that I have to got back the next day because the manager wasn’t there. (?!!).Then why the lady said it’s ok to come to get my $ back?!!. They were so rude, acting like don’t speak English, especially who ever was on the phone that threatened to call police on me and hung up the phone. That was horrible! Yes, I did get my refund back after rising my voices.

  This is the first negative review of a restaurant in my life. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt multiple times thinking I just was unlucky. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location the fries are horrible. It doesn't matter if I go during rush or during slow hours. They are soggy cold, dark in color and extremely disappointing every time. Its very obvious the fries are cooked and left in the fry staging for too long. I worked at McDonald's when I was younger for 5 years in Cottage Grove, MN. Back then there was a policy for how long fries could be staged before needing to be wasted along with the oil being regularly changed. And I know when the oil gets old it makes the fries color darker and makes the flavor disgusting. We followed those policies closely because McDonald's fries are a staple food to the restaurant and the quality of the fries was one of, if not the most important thing. People go to McDonald's for the fries. This McDonald's is right down the road from where I live and its very convenient for me to stop there for food. But because the fries are bad EVERYTIME I dont want to go there anymore. Im talking over 20 times or more the fries are bad every time. I am so disappointed and will not go to this location anymore.
