  Go into give my order and their screens are frozen which is completely out of their control and I understand, however after the screen froze, the worker got completely side tracked and legit left the store to take a delivery order. So now I’m standing here for 5 minutes with a huge line behind me and no one came to take my order until I said smth. (mind you there are 5 people standing right in front of me making sandwiches) On top of that the food wasn’t great quality and the overall customer service was not good, the bathroom was also disgusting, I had time to use the bathroom because the food took so long. My buddy’s wife also used the bathroom and the toilet handle poured water onto her hand.

  Jimmy John's is a solid choice in Marshall. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Found everything I needed and the shelves were well-organized. I'll be recommending this spot to everyone I know.

  Most JJs are good and this location has been as well. But the last experience was NOT good. I had placed an order in advance on the app. When I got to the window, I asked for my order. The employee shut the window and walked away without saying a single word and didn't come back for 17 minutes. When I opened my sandwich at home, I was very disappointed with what I found. I am attaching a photo of what you could be forgiven for believing was a MUSTARD sandwich. (I did not order a mustard sandwich).
