- DTDirk TaylorOct 13, 20261.0Rewards member and eat here alot. Ordered sandwiches and headed to football game. Country club with extra turkey. Did not have hardly any meat on period. Called to let them know and was told to come in to get a sub replaced next time I was in town by the manager. I went back in to get sub replace and said sorry they dont do that , they fix the order and deliver it immediately, when I'm not in the area.

So now I’m standing here for 5 minutes with a huge line behind me and no one came to take my order until I said smth. (mind you there are 5 people standing right in front of me making sandwiches) On top of that the food wasn’t great quality and the overall customer service was not good, the bathroom was also disgusting, I had time to use the bathroom because the food took so long. My buddy’s wife also used the bathroom and the toilet handle poured water onto her hand.
