  We have always had good service here. It's Arby's; you get exactly what you expect at an Arby's. But the service here has been excellent.

  I had mixed feelings about Arby's. The food was decent, though a couple of dishes were a little plain. Most plates were tasty but nothing really stood out. It was just fine — I might come back sometime.

  Really happy with my visit to Arby's. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. The drinks were excellent and everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

  Well a few weeks ago i thought i would try Arby’s I have never visited the one in Marshall before and since I have not eaten Arby’s in atleast 5 years i thought i would give it a try I saw there $8 box deal was nice so I ordered the classic Roast Beef however I got Fish and did not notice until I got back to work so I left it alone. Today i thought i would try the box again and make sure they hear me say roast beef however i tried to order a shake with it and the lady told me no i can’t do that it has to be a fountain drink nothing else maybe she doesn’t know how to add a shake she could have said that instead of being rude or if I was going to have to pay extra for the shake like every other fast food place that offers them would have been fine to but whatever now usually I don’t mind waiting for my food because I know it’s cooked fresh this experience however was I pulled forward to pay and got my food explains why my sandwich and fries were lukewarm either way I won’t be returning to Arby’s for atleast another 5 years both times going there just sucked for me
