  This pizzeria always does whatever it wants; they’ve messed up my order more than five times and never give a refund. Three times they forgot my drink—or if they’re out of stock, they just give you whatever they feel like instead, but they never give your money back. I ordered cheese and pepperoni, but I was missing food; they didn't have it and refused to refund me, trying to give me something else instead. They claim they give out coupons, but that never actually happens.

  Book-It is back, Baby! Total nostalgia going back to Pizza Hut for the personal pan pizza with the kids. Nice clean lobby with really friendly staff.

  When a stuffed crust pizza craving hits, Pizza Hut is the only place to go! 2 locations that we frequented closed, so we drove further away to the White Bear Ave. restaurant. Our stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was picture-perfect and delicious. Our breadsticks were soft and not over-baked. (Maybe a little more parmesan on top next time?) The staff was friendly and our order was 100% accurate, which is wonderful since we live 1/2 hour away. We will definitely visit this location from now on. Thank you!

  I waited 30 minutes before a cancer screening for food I ordered an hour ahead of time and then the boy dropped it. Was told I’d get a refund, but was late so I walked out without the food. Already on edge now, it just keeps getting worse in my head that I was rude. Called on my way to my appt to apologize, thanking them for what they offered and explained that I needed to leave but that accidents happen. Was told they’d refund the order and he would call me back when it’s done. Up until this point, minus the food, I had an alright experience. Left with the wings. Was told I’d just have the entire order refunded. This is an important detail. I called today to check the status and thank them again and this woman answered the phone “hello?” Like, did I call the right place? Gets a manager for me, who now tells me it wasn’t done, will refund 8$, and sounds so freaking stoned that he doesn’t actually seem to care that this was entirely their fault and that I had no more time to wait. I happened to be coming through here, so no, I won’t be driving an hour back to you for a 15$ credit on a pizza you’re going to drop again… If anyone gets food without hair or weed in it I’d be surprised, but I’m more surprised that the manager who offered me the refund didn’t DO that then. People have bad days. I don’t judge them for it, I even told the employee that dropped it that it was okay - he didn’t MEAN to do it, that’s just my karma of the day and I let it be, then and there. Didn’t try to make him feel bad at all! And somehow, I’m the one made to feel bad. Got it.

  I'm soo very disappointed during these times eating out is a treat. Things are so expensive. We paid over $55 for this meal. There wasn't even enough pasta for a whole two year-old. My chicken had a drizzle of the sauce small portions. The bread was dry. I should've looked at the reviews from this place before I ordered it. I would really like all my money back. It's really bad. Can't really afford to eat out choose your place and you could at least show that you care when you put the food together that wouldn't have been so bad but you could tell they Just threw it together to get the order done I will never spend money with them again ever I should've put that money in the gas tank and made sandwiches 🤦🏾‍♀️ somebody caught from corporate please get back to me Work in the customer service business and this is not it. I would like all of my money back.
