  I placed my order through the Papa Johns app. The delivery instructions said meet me at the door and ring doorbell. The driver did not ring the doorbell nor did he meet me at the door. Instead, he left it at the front door and I was never notified it was delivered. An hour went by before I noticed it was delivered resulting in ultimately a cold pizza before I took receipt of it. I am extraordinary disappointed by the inability to follow delivery instructions or just the complete disregard for them. I asked for the pizza to be handed to me so that I can eat it hot and fresh. That's not what I received at at minimum the tip to the DoorDash driver should be refunded. Furthermore, the quality of service has clearly degraded now that Papa Johns uses DoorDash to make deliveries. I'm not sure how many more poor experiences I should tolerate before excluding Papa Johns from my dinner rotations.

  Don't order from here. I just placed an order that never got delivered. The staff hung up when I asked for a refund. Super incompetent

  Just had delivery and paid an extra 35% tip and was asked to come out to his car for my pizza…. Great food but drivers suck

  My mother and I ordered pizza on a whim while playing Scrabble. We decided to order from whoever would deliver here. Papa John’s did! The pizza was lighting fast, gooey and hot and we are both so happy! Our delivery driver was adorable and had to climb our steep driveway and battle two dogs to get to us. Five stars!
