  I ordered through Grub Hub. I got the French onion soup. But it didn't have any crouton. Or cheese on it at all. So I basically got onions and water. But of course it cost me over $10 for it. What a rip off! I'm done with Panera. It's never made right. It's just a huge rip off and I'll pass on that. Thanks so much!

  I went into this Panera a few days ago and the cashier I had was a young girl and she was SO rude and unwelcoming. The employees in the back kept looking at me every time I spoke and side-eyed me. I work at another Panera location and I'm so disappointed that this locations service is so awful! Never coming back here again.

  What's the point of having rapid pick-up through the drive-thru window if they're not going to prepare it in time or come to the window when you're there? We were literally waiting at the drive-thru window for almost 10 mins before a girl came to give us our order. The soup container also leaked into the bag and no one came to the drive-thru window to see if we needed anything else. Avoid this location for rapid pick-up through drive-thru. Clearly, the competence is lacking.

  Front desk woman kinda screamed at me for not know where online pickup was. Could’ve handled it better. The people who did give me my food however were nice.
