- JMJasmine M2 days ago3.0My mother and I visited yesterday around lunch time. Services was great. However oir food was questionable. We visit often and has never had poor food quality. My mashed potatoes were cold, Both steaks were very tough. I always do medium well 6pz sirloin. Amd it's normally been buttery and easy to cut. Not this time. It was giving tough like beef jerky. Aging our server was amazing!
- JSJojo S3 days ago1.0What a disappointment and where to begin…. The Outback Steakhouse is destroying their guests dining experience with the addition of technology and all that comes with it. Our server admitted to being new on the job, so maybe whoever trained him should be fired. Young man explained that he had to use iPad to take orders. I don’t know how the system is supposed to work but it failed. Starters came before drinks and only after one of us went to the bar, 10 feet away, to inquire did they arrive. We didn’t observe our server walk the 10 feet so I’m presuming that they communicate through the iPad. The young man talked about being overwhelmed by waiting on 5 tables yet once he was aware of our unhappiness he wanted to spend several minutes inquiring how “they” could improve things. What? The billing of our meals was also disastrous. Our server came back stating one of the margaritas got billed separately. The server took the bill for the birthday girl but the rest of us used another device on the table. Again technology….so not only do you have to do the work of checking yourself out but they also have the nerve to request a review survey. I won’t ever go back to this location due to this experience. This same group met here nearly 10 years ago and I was sickened by the changes that have been made and obviously I’m not the only one. Our server said we came in on the end of a rush at 5:00 pm? Then said they might be out of prime rib even though they only start serving at 4:00. We saw no manager but many people standing around or looking lost at what to do. I arrived at 4:00 and never saw the parking lot even half full 10 years ago you couldn’t find a place to park. I’m not even going to get started on the cost but why even go out to eat anymore. Soon they’ll make you wash your dishes too.

We ordered food and appetizers. Danielle answered questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for us.The apps came very quickly and the food an appropriate time after. All was good. Danielle was funny and pleasant to talk to. All in all it was a great time. So good, we have her a 20% tip! We spoke to the manager to let her know how our experience was. Manager Brie was also a very nice pleasant person and very accommodating. We will return!

Our last couple visits were not the greatest. 1st time, everything was great, the next time, all of my food was cold (my wife's was hot), so I sent it back. Then we were there last night, and the asparagus that was put on my wife's plate was horrible, and the fact that it made it past several sets of eyes and onto our table blows me away. Service a been mid par at best, barely saw our server, even the time before, she was busy chatting with another table about personal stuff. Steaks and potatoes, excellent. But a lot of work needs to be done here, probably starting with how it is managed. Not sure if we will be back again, 2 out of 3 visits in the last month or so were not good.

The French fries were cold. Overall, the quality of the food was NOT worth the price. Very disappointing meal!
